After being infected with COVID twice, Baltimore Ravens Lamar Jackson is still not committed to taking the vaccine

Owings Mills, Maryland – Jackson believes that it’s a personal decision and he will be discussing it with his family about how to move forward since he has recently been taken off the team’s COVID list.

Jackson has been infected with COVID-19 twice within the past eight months and he continues to show no interest in taking the vaccine. ESPN reports that Jackson shared his COVID update by stating, “I got to talk to my team about this and see how they feel about it. Keep learning as much as I can about it. We’ll go from there.”

The NFL mandates a quarantine of 10 days for unvaccinated players that have tested positive for the COVID. On Saturday, Jackson had just returned to the team to be able to attend training camp to get back into the motion of things. “I’m taking it day by day right now,” Jackson said. “I’m just glad to be back. I’m just glad to be back with my guys.”

The Baltimore Ravens has a 90% vaccination rate, and Jackson is one of the few players that has been vaccinated.
